Acro I (ages 6+) Taught by MarieIn this class, students learn to improve on flexibility, strength and balance. Basic tumbling skills are honed while adding balances (headstands, handstands,1 foot balance) and flexibility-required movements (bridges/backbends, walk-overs, splits). Partnering is introduced using concepts of weightsharing, stacking, and proper mount/dismount technique. Dances done in this class aim to smoothly transition between each acrobatic element, as well as draw on the students' own choreography.
Acro II (teen/adult) Taught by MarieAcro II challenges all levels and abilities, again increasing difficulty in balances, flexibility, strength training, and tumbling. Students improve at their own pace, with increasing supervised individual practice time within the class structure. In addition to basic tumbling, variations are introduced and explored. Partnering is done at more varied levels and positions and requiring increasing strength and balance. Again, in dance pieces, the emphasis is placed on transitioning between acrobatics in fluid and aesthetic ways as well as collaborative partnering and choreography.

Pre classes introduce students to a more structured class while giving them freedom to continue and explore movement on their own.
Tap (5 and up) Taught by Rachelle, Elizabeth, Lisa, & AshleeTap is music with your feet. In tap, students learn to articulate the feet, with the use of tap shoes, to create intricate rhythm and sounds. Tap is unique in that dancers need nothing to aid them, not even accompaniment. It is the dancer and the most basic of rhythm. Dancers become intimate with rhythm and syncopation and can create music with their feet, as a solo, or working together as a group. For adults who have never danced or dancers that do not feel they have the coordination or grace for other forms of dance, or students that just love drums and music - tap is perfect for them.
