When you join Sherwood Dance Academy, you join a family. A community of dancers, parents, and staff, all showing true support and encouragement for each other. You will be given the space to explore dance as a powerful medium for communicating your emotions, thoughts, and ideas. We believe dance is the purest form of expression, needing only your own body to be creative. For us, dance is not a competition; dance is art.

Taking even one moment each day to reflect on and express appreciation for your simple joys, connections, or achievements will help you relish the good in life, foster resilience, and build stronger relationships.
