Our mission at SDA is Empowering Students and Community Through Dance and this month our focus is on Raising Awareness! Part of a strong community is the events, programs, and resources available to the people. Part of the trick is making sure everyone knows what’s locally available. Do you have a local event, program, or resource that you’ve found helpful, inspiring, essential, or invaluable? Drop by the office or email hello@sherwooddance.com to share and we’ll get a list going of our SDA family’s favorite local opportunities!

Fundraiser Coming Up

We have our Spring Fundraiser & Silent Auction coming up on Saturday, March 11th at 6:30pm at Sherwood High School. Tickets are for sale in the SDA office! You can read more about the details of the event here.

We are still looking for Silent Auction items for this event. Do you have a business that could donate an item, certificate, or service to add to the auction? Email hello@sherwooddance.com to help!

March Save the Dates

Fundraiser & Silent Auction for Mallory Gillum: 11th at 6:30pm

Throwback Week: 13th-18th

Wear your favorite style of apparel from any previous decade!  Just make sure your clothing is still dance class appropriate.  I personally hope to see a lot of leg warmers and headbands :)

Spring Break: 25th-31st

The studio is closed for Spring Break. Classes resume on Saturday, April 1st. I hope you all have something fun planned during the break!
